Refund policy

Refunds/Returns: 

  • We have a strict no refund & no return policy.
  • All sales are final. 
  • We do not accept returns, as we cannot restock any returned items due to health/sanitation measures.

Order cancellations:

  • We do not cancel or refund orders after they are placed, processed or in transit. 
  • If you need any changes made to your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you prior to order fulfillment. 

Exchanges:

  • In the unlikely event that you happen to encounter a problem with your lash product(s) please contact us immediately, no later than 72 hours from receipt of your order. You will be asked to provide details in addition to supporting photos and/or videos. 

    Discount codes:

    • Customer discount codes are for one-time use per code, unless otherwise specified. 
    • If we are notified that a one-time code has exceeded one use, the remaining balance will be owed by the customer.
    • We cannot apply promotions or discounts to orders that have already been placed and processed.
    • Discount codes do not apply to subscription products.

    Lash loyalty program (in store only):

    • Earn rewards while you shop!
    • Receive 1 point for every $1 spent on in-store purchases.
    • Points are tracked through your customer email provided at checkout.
    • Redeem your points for exclusive discounts on future in-store purchases.
