Cancellation policy

Subscriptions:

  • When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries every 30 days.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew every month.
  • If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it anytime.
  • We do not offer cancellations for subscription orders that have already been processed.

How to manage your own subscription:

  • You can manage your subscription via the Subscriber Portal and make changes to your subscription at any time including: skipping your next delivery, pausing, re-activating, canceling, changing order quantity, removing an item, adding a new item, changing an address and a payment method.
  • There is a new subscription email automatically sent to all new subscribers. You can manage your subscription from there or from the "Manage Subscription" option in the menu bar of our website; simply enter your email address to access your subscriber portal link.
